Charlie is a sweet 7 year-old black lab who spends all day tied up in his front yard. He spends the evening inside, but barks all day long when on his chain. Charlie lives near a busy street and is a runner when he can escape. People who pass by often taunt and tease him. He needs a private space to run and have fun with his doggy pal, Emily.

SPECIAL COVID-19 GUIDELINES
Starting March 11, for all Fences For Fido fence builds, masks will be optional in compliance with easing of restrictions of the mask mandate throughout Oregon and Washington.
Continued Safety Guidelines
- If you have been in contact with any known COVID-19 patients, we ask that you complete the 14 day quarantine before joining a build.
- If you feel sick or have any symptoms of the virus, we ask that you not attend a build. Please take your temperature before coming to a build to check for fever.
