Fences for Fido has been asked to help with a huge pet event in Olympia, Washington called the Dog Gone Easter Egg Hunt.  Now in its eleventh year, the DGEEH is a very fun event where there are not one but two Easter egg hunts for the dogs (they just have to touch their nose to the egg and their person picks it up) and one hunt for kids.  There is also a costume parade for the dogs where they get to ‘strut their stuff’ in their finest Easter attire!!  As FFF, we will be meeting at 8am to set up the perimeter fence (orange construction fence and wood posts) as well as marking off the hunt area with posts and surveyors tape.  We will also be helping with various other activities throughout the day as well as manning our own booth.  If you would like to help out you can sign up here or contact me for more information at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . More information on the event itself can be found at https://www.facebook.com/events/755422041330063/. Even if you cannot help out it is a great, fun event to come to and bring your dogs!!!  (Pictures are from a previous year’s parade)
